The Problem
Most teenagers looking for relaxer hair treatments had three choices: their mother’s old brand, their little school sisters product, or a old irrelevant teen brand, Smooth Touch.

The Solution
Work with Luster parent brand to refresh the Smooth Touch brand to the 21st century. We told girls to “Get Used To The Attention” in print ads, at events, celebrity Keyshia Cole endorsement.

The Results
Brand idea,”Get Used To The Attention” has increased sales and has remained the platform for five years.
